Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Transportation Provider Performance Manager to govern carrier performance across FTL, LTL and parcel modes. You will establish standardized scorecards, drive SLA compliance, and manage escalation workflows with internal stakeholders including Planning, Procurement, DCs, and Customer Service from our Atlanta hub.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage standardized carrier scorecards across FTL, LTL, and parcel.
• Own provider performance improvement plans (PIPs) and corrective actions (CAPs).
• Lead on-time pickup (OTP), on-time delivery (OTD), and appointment-update compliance.
• Identify capacity constraints with Transportation Planning to optimize lanes.
• Monitor shipment visibility through project44 (P44) and TMS platforms.
• Hold providers accountable for appointment tracking gaps and delays.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, DCs, and Quality on claims resolution.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with Procurement and Transportation leadership.
• Develop escalation frameworks with clear response-time thresholds and owners.
