TPC Network in San Francisco, CA, seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee financial information processing for the club and HQ. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience and responsibility for accounting cycles, reporting, and intercompany activities.

Salary range is $100,000 to $110,000, with standard office hours and on-site work. The position supervises department staff and coordinates with Headquarters on financial statements and cash management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred or a minimum of 3 years of directly related accounting experience.
• Experience in progressively responsible positions.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventories, and work with the fixed assets systems.
• Produce financial statements and developer statements for use at the club and Headquarters.
• Perform daily accounting functions, including reconciling revenues, tax liabilities, COGS, cash and receipts from POS locations.
• Record journal entries, daily reports, and inventory changes into the general ledger.
• Maintain member accounts receivable system and communications with members.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports and cash forecasts.
• Prepare cash disbursements, balance intercompany accounts, and complete tax payments.
• Aid Department Heads with budgets and audit packages.
