Job summary

Currie & Brown is seeking a Senior Cost Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to deliver cost estimation, procurement, and cost planning across high-profile projects. You will work with project leaders to ensure costs stay on budget and deliver value to clients.

The role emphasizes cost forecasting, data-driven analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive project success and industry-leading benchmarks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
Strong ability to visualize and quantify project requirements.
Knowledge of estimating and cost control applications.
Experience with pricing analysis, modeling and benchmarks.

Responsibilities

Prepare cost reports and forecasts, interfacing with estimating, procurement and finance.
Support cost control, scheduling and progress reporting.
Monitor cost variances and forecast final project cost.
Prepare project cost estimates from concept through development stages.
Develop and maintain cost estimating tools and databases.
Benchmark project metrics with industry standards.
