Quanta Services, Inc. is looking for a Senior Business Transformation Analyst to lead business process analysis, project management, and organizational change across enterprise transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years across business process analysis, project management, and/or organizational change management.
• Experience with ERP systems and enterprise system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business transformation projects from initiation through closure, including scope, schedule, and risk management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute project plans and achieve objectives while assessing and mitigating risks and issues to ensure successful delivery of programs/projects.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including sponsor roadmaps, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.
