Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a Manager of Business Development (Mid/Size) in Cincinnati, OH to lead the Inside Sales team and drive revenue growth. This role focuses on building scalable sales processes, negotiating with customers, and partnering with operations to deliver value.

The role requires a proven leader with 7+ years in inside sales, strong strategic and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex deals across mid-size accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience leading local and regional inside sales teams.
• Experience managing inside sales reps and coordinating with operating teams.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and growing accounts.
• Strong pricing, discounting, contracting, and negotiation knowledge.
• Budget, P&L, forecasting, and financial delivery experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication; capable public speaker.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to an inside sales team and drive sales and operational excellence.
• Lead training, metrics, accountability, and customer-centric planning.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
• Partner with operations to build strong working relationships.
• Meet customer expectations and deliver the value proposition.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans for target customers.
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and product synergies.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and bi-weekly market reports.
