Rieck Services in the Cincinnati, OH market is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative to drive new business growth. This is a true business development role focused on prospecting, opening doors, and turning leads into customers.

You will thrive on outbound calls, in-person visits, and building relationships with decision-makers. You'll lead the sales process from discovery to close, develop compelling proposals, and guide opportunities through a proven consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven success selling services or intangible solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• HVAC experience is not required.
• Familiarity with the Cincinnati market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through high-volume phone prospecting.
• Make in-person cold calls to commercial and industrial facilities.
• Build relationships with facility managers, business owners, operations leaders, and other decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings through consistent prospecting activity and develop a strong territory and sales pipeline.
• Lead the sales process with professional discovery meetings and executive-level presentations.
• Close new business and establish long-term customer relationships.
