Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking an experienced Manager of Business Development (Mid/Size) Sales Leader to develop and execute sales and operations strategies that drive revenue and margin. You will build and scale an Inside Sales team, establish consistent sales processes, and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing and leading inside sales organizations.
• Experience managing inside sales reps and aligning with operating teams.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading a sales team.
• Hands-on leader with understanding of pricing/discounting, contracting, and negotiation strategy.
• Strong budget, P&L, forecasting and execution of financial deliverables.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, multi-tasking, and public speaking.
• Experience working across business units to leverage resources.
• Willingness to travel and meet in-person requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to an inside sales team and anticipate market dynamics.
• Deliver sales and operational excellence and ensure execution of plans.
• Oversee training, metrics, goals, and accountability tied to a customer-centric plan.
• Forecast and report performance accurately with leadership.
• Partner with operations to build trust and strong relationships.
• Establish and execute strategic business development initiatives and key account plans.
• Hunt for new opportunities, partnerships, and product synergies.
• Maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline and bi-weekly market reports.
• Prepare sales strategy, pre-sales resources, pricing, and close negotiations.
• Hire and develop sales personnel and scale the team.
