About This Role
The Senior Manager of Business Development Finance will report to the Director of Business Development Finance and serve as a key support role in the economic and structural assessments of in-licensing, collaboration, and M&A opportunities.
Candidates must have a proven background of analytical excellence, a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and within a cross-functional team.

The base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $169,000. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible to receive both short-term and long-term incentives, including cash bonuses and equity incentives, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize future potential based on individual, business unit, and company performance.
