Frederick Fox is an executive search firm specializing in high-impact placements across accounting, finance, technology, legal, and manufacturing. We partner with growth-focused companies, from startups to Fortune 500 firms, to help them build world-class teams.

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter with a strong focus on business development to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue. We offer 70-80% starting commission on deals you close.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and engage with high-growth companies in need of top talent.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to secure new clients through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals.
  • Build relationships with founders, executives, and HR leaders to understand their hiring needs.
  • Pitch and negotiate retained and contingent search agreements.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and hiring movements to identify business opportunities.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
  • Identify and engage with high-caliber candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and research.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, leadership qualities, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both clients and candidates.

Relationship Management & Brand Growth

  • Develop long-term partnerships with clients, becoming their go-to recruiting partner.
  • Represent Frederick Fox at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure searches are executed at a high level.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, such as content creation and social media engagement.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in executive recruiting, sales, or business development within a search firm or agency.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with C-level executives and hiring managers.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Background in finance, technology, or life sciences recruiting is a plus.
