Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead technical architecture for institutional digital assets, combining cryptography, cybersecurity, and advisory skills. You will design secure custody frameworks, evaluate blockchain ecosystems, and guide clients through AI-enabled threat landscapes.

You’ll work with financial institutions and crypto-native firms, leading teams and shaping trust architectures while delivering strategic business insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, blockchain security, or cryptography.
• Hands-on private key lifecycles and enterprise key management.

Responsibilities

• Design and audit institutional digital asset custody solutions.
• Evaluate security of Bitcoin, Ethereum, Layer1/Layer2 ecosystems.
• Develop AI-driven threat models and defensive strategies.
• Provide expertise in ECC, ZKPs, MPC, threshold schemes.
• Lead incident response during security events and coordinate teams.
• Translate risks into business insights for C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead client engagements and cross-functional teams.
