Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in New York/Boston with deep expertise in cybersecurity and digital asset infrastructure. Lead technical architectures for institutional clients, focusing on cryptography, threat modeling, and resilient custody solutions.

This role combines hands-on security work with strategic advisory for C-suite stakeholders. The position emphasizes leadership of cross-functional teams, business development, and delivering complex client-facing projects in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years in cybersecurity, systems engineering, or cryptographic security.
• Hands-on experience with private key lifecycles, digital asset custody, and enterprise key management.

Responsibilities

• Design, assess, and audit institutional digital asset custody solutions including MPC and HSMs.
• Evaluate Bitcoin/Ethereum and Layer 1/2 ecosystems for security and risk.
• Develop AI-driven threat modeling and defensive strategies.
• Provide expertise in ECC, ZKPs, threshold signatures, and distributed key management.
• Lead incident response during security events and coordinate teams.
