Job summary

HD Supply seeks a Senior Manager, Bids and Proposals to lead a team evaluating opportunities, crafting strategies, and responding to bids and RFPs across multi-family, hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors. Qualifications

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in bids, proposals, or contract management.
Experience with government contracting and RFPs is preferred.
Familiarity with GSA and related government environments is preferred.
Ability to lead through change and drive scalable processes.

Responsibilities

Establish and oversee the structure for reviewing and responding to RFPs and bids.
Lead two teams of proposal managers, bid analysts, and proposal specialists.
Develop and implement compliant, risk-mitigated bid processes for government and commercial work.
Use analytics to track win/loss trends and inform strategy.
Advise leadership on RFP prioritization and process optimization.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with pricing, finance, legal, and sales.
