Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Manager of Sales Specialists to lead a government-focused B2B sales team in the United States. You will drive growth, create forecasts, coach reps, and partner with Marketing, Finance and HR to optimize revenue strategies.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, translate market insights into value-added solutions, and advance retention, upselling, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a customer-centric approach across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience with 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven coaching of sales processes and product training.
• Strong ability to engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Xactly, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Specialists to generate new sales and meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and Salesforce records.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, HR and other support functions.
• Engage with senior and C-level decision-makers to identify business opportunities.
• Drive consultative and solution-based selling and opportunities for upselling.
