Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Avionics Packaging group within the Core Avionics team, part of the Lunar Permanence unit. You will oversee the design, analysis, testing, and reviews of avionics enclosures for spacecraft hardware, while guiding a team of engineers and specialists.

You will drive resource planning, schedules, and budget decisions, mentor staff, and ensure safety culture and high-quality deliverables as the company advances lunar missions and spaceflight

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in aerospace or high reliability engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex systems.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, staffing, and budgets.
