General Motors is seeking a Senior Manager to lead autonomy evaluation across platform, methodology, and infrastructure. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with autonomy product goals and safety priorities.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Autonomy, Simulation, Systems, and Safety teams, shaping evaluation outcomes and release readiness while overseeing ML components across perception, prediction, and planning to ensure scalable, explainable methods.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in robotics, autonomous systems software, or ML evaluation.
• 5+ years of people leadership in complex engineering.
• Ownership of a distinct technical or business area with strategy and KPIs.

Responsibilities
