Job summary

General Motors seeks a senior leader to drive autonomy evaluation platforms and analytics across simulation and on-road testing. You will set technical direction for evaluation across perception, prediction, and planning, and lead a team delivering dashboards and tooling for leadership insight.

You will work with cross‑functional partners to prioritize evaluation outcomes, apply AI/ML techniques, and maintain a high bar for system design and reliability in a fast‑moving program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in robotics/autonomy analytics or related fields.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and delivering complex software systems.
• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/Robotics/ML or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team delivering autonomy evaluation platforms and dashboards.
• Set direction for systems that assess perception, prediction and planning.
• Drive ML/statistical methods to quantify performance across scenes.
• Ensure scalable, explainable evaluation methods and leadership insight.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to align evaluation strategy with product needs.
