Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field required.
• MBA, CPA or CTP preferred.
• Eight+ years of Finance-related experience required.
• Five+ years of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead four operational teams totaling ~25 employees and manage an operating budget exceeding $20 million.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer bill delivery and payment options.
• Maintain knowledge of industry practices via associations and conferences to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and proper documentation.
• Oversee account reconciliations and unclaimed property filings.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries as appropriate.
• Foster internal problem-solving capabilities and CI culture within ASC.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational effectiveness, service quality, and cost performance.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery to optimize costs.
