Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum with clinical sales background.
• 5–7+ years of healthcare experience.
• Territory must be managed within the defined region.
• Experience collaborating across patient services, marketing, contracts, and accounts.
• Understanding customer motivations and needs.
• Strong organizational and territory planning skills.
• Experience with payor and reimbursement challenges.
• Ability to work well in team and independently.
• Experience with specialty biologics (injections/infusions) preferred.
• Knowledge of plasma-derived therapies, rare diseases, or biotech desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas by driving new patient starts and retention of patients on augmentation therapy.
• Sell to healthcare professionals in Pulmonology, Allergy/Immunology, Respiratory Therapy, and Internal Medicine/Primary Care.
• Develop and execute territory business plan and national sales/marketing strategy.
• Present product information, demonstrations, and clinical data while maintaining compliance.
• Collaborate with home office, marketing, and national accounts to pull-through product sales.
• Utilize MS applications and Takeda's CRM system.
• Conduct community education events for HCPs and patients; may work nights/weekends.
• Promote Takeda culture and maintain positive relationships.
