Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Rare Disease Business Manager – Alpha-1 to support Minneapolis MN/Omaha NE and surrounding areas. You will drive sales by increasing new patient starts in outpatient infusion centers and hospitals, while retaining patients on Takeda augmentation therapy.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, home office teams, and national accounts to create territory plans, educate on Alpha-1 products, and ensure compliant promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of healthcare sales experience.
• Ability to manage a national territory and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through new patient starts, infusion centers, and hospitals.
• Educate HCPs on Takeda Alpha-1 therapies and promote compliant promotions.
