Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited seeks a Rare Disease Business Manager - Alpha-1 to drive patient starts, support infusion centers, and educate healthcare professionals in Minneapolis MN/Omaha NE and surrounding areas.

In this role you will build the national sales and marketing strategy, manage a multi-state territory, and collaborate with marketing, accounts, and home-office teams while complying with policies. Travel up to ~50% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in a clinical field or related area.
• 5+ years of healthcare sales experience.
• RDBM will live within territory and manage territory from Border-to-Border.
• Experience with payor and reimbursement challenges.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales quotas by driving new patient starts and retention in outpatient infusion centers and hospitals.
• Educate HCPs on Takeda Alpha-1 therapies; develop territory business plan.
• Deliver compliant sales presentations and product information to customers.
• Collaborate with marketing, home office, and national accounts teams for pull-through.
