Job summary

Engramec seeks an AI & Automation Architect to design scalable automation across our business processes, aligning data, workflows, and integrations for improved accuracy and speed.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Technology leadership to modernize processes, reduce manual work, and build an automation ecosystem that supports growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, BPM, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation architecture or enterprise integrations.
• Strong skills in workflow design and process analysis.
• Hands-on with RPA, AI/ML platforms, APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of data architecture, ETL, and system interoperability.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical ROI.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable automation solutions across departments.
• Lead development, testing, and deployment of automation workflows.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data governance in implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT leadership.
• Define automation priorities and drive change management.
