Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Intelligent Automation to lead the development of automation solutions within the IT organization. This hands-on role designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports automation using AI, workflows, and modern app technologies.

The position requires independent architecture and delivery of production-ready solutions, collaboration with IT teams, and risk- and control-aware implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years designing, developing, and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience building workflow automations, business apps, integrations, or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Build scalable solutions using Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop reusable automation components and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
