Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs that blend manufacturing expertise with data, AI, and industrial technology. You will guide problem definition, value-case development, and design through deployment, adoption, and value realization, balancing operating-model change with IT/OT delivery.

You will direct multidisciplinary teams, manage governance, and shape scalable data platforms and AI solutions while ensuring risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage governance, scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex manufacturing transformation programs.
• Own senior client relationships and governance; report status and risks.
• Translate priorities into executable workplans, designs, and AI use cases.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across engineering, data, and IT/OT.
• Manage scope, schedule, quality, budget, resources, and risks.
• Design scalable industrial data foundations and AI solutions.
