Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation programs.
• Strong client relationship and governance capabilities.
• Experience with AI, data platforms and IT/OT integration.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Excellent executive-level communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex manufacturing transformation programs.
• Own senior client relationships and govern delivery, risks, and status.
• Translate priorities into executable workplans, designs, and AI use cases.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing operations, data, AI, and IT/OT.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead scalable AI solutions with governance, security, and adoption plans.
• Integrate technology delivery with manufacturing management systems and processes.
• Define outcome measures and track value realization for clients.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and collaborate with account teams.
• Capture delivery lessons and reusable assets for future projects.
• Lead and develop managers and delivery teams for high performance.
