Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive experience in product design for enterprise, platform, SaaS or digital experiences.
• 1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end product design from discovery to launch.
• Strong capability to lead and develop design teams with performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product designers for AI-enabled experiences across platforms.
• Define AI-led design strategies, tooling, and rapid prototyping to accelerate delivery.
• Partner across product, engineering, data and customer success to align design with business outcomes.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure design deliverables tie to strategy.
• Drive consistency through scalable design systems and governance.
