Qualifications

• 9+ years of product design experience in enterprise, platform, or SaaS.
• 1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end product design from discovery to launch.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing design teams.
• Experience establishing scalable design systems and design reviews.
• Expert in Figma and AI-enabled prototyping.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for executive briefs.
