Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead AI-enabled design across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service and Inventory Optimization. You will mentor a team of designers, partner with Product and Engineering, and own end-to-end initiatives from discovery to launch.

This role defines scalable design practices, advances AI-driven workflows, and aligns design artifacts to business outcomes, aiming to improve adoption and customer satisfaction across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive product design experience in enterprise, platform, SaaS.
• 1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end design for complex product portfolios from discovery to launch.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product designers across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms from discovery to launch.
• Champion AI-led design methodologies, rapid prototyping, and workflow automation to accelerate the design lifecycle.
• Define and track customer experience metrics to support portfolio health.
• Mentor designers and ensure deliverables align with product strategy.
