Job summary

EY is seeking a Development Senior Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products for the Americas Tax practice. The role blends people leadership, technical depth, and AI-driven decision making to ensure fast, high-quality, trusted outcomes aligned with firm architecture and governance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive AI adoption responsibly, and collaborate with DevOps, Architecture, InfoSec, and Data teams to deliver scalable, secure cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading development teams using Agile/Lean methods.
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products within ATTG.
• Partner with product owners to design, plan, build and operate products.
• Drive responsible adoption of generative AI and analytics in development and operations.
• Coordinate with DevOps, Architecture, InfoSec, Data and Platform teams to ensure security and governance.
