Job summary

EY seeks a Development Manager within the Americas Tax Technology Group to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products. You will work across product, engineering, and governance to ensure secure, scalable solutions that align with architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years leading development teams using Agile/Lean.
• Design and deliver solutions using Microsoft tech stack and AI.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products for Americas Tax practice.
• Drive responsible adoption of generative AI and analytics.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts and patterns.
• Lead onshore, offshore, and hybrid teams; develop roadmaps.
