Job summary

EY’s Americas Tax Technology Group (ATTG) seeks a Development Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products for the Tax practice. You will supervise product delivery, ensure security, reliability, and scale, and drive AI-infused solutions across cloud-native platforms.

You will partner with Product Owners, guide architecture artifacts, mentor onshore/offshore teams, and embed responsible AI principles while balancing speed with governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering mission-critical, 24x7 enterprise systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering/Accounting/Finance.
• 3+ years leading development teams using Agile/Lean practices.
• Design and deliver modern engineering solutions using Microsoft technology stack and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products for the Americas Tax Practice.
• Ensure product quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Grow and coach development teams across onshore, offshore, and hybrid models.
• Embed Responsible AI principles and secure, scalable cloud-native solutions.
