Job summary

EY is seeking a Development Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products for the Americas Tax Technology Group. You will partner with Product Owners to plan, build, operate, and continuously improve products with AI capabilities, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability across cloud-native environments.

You will drive architecture, AI governance, and platform standards while mentoring diverse teams, balancing speed with trust and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years leading development teams using Agile/Lean practices.
• Design and deliver modern engineering solutions using Microsoft technology stack and AI technologies.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead product delivery across AI-enabled products portfolio.
• Drive responsible adoption of generative AI and analytics in development and operations.
• Maintain architecture artifacts and ensure platform standards.
• Lead and grow onshore, offshore, and hybrid development teams.
