Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Product Manager with strong technical fluency to own the product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and adoption.

You will partner with engineering, architecture, and design to translate market needs into detailed specifications, data flows, and scalable solutions, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled products and a hybrid work model within EY's diverse, inclusive teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 6-8+ years of product management experience with lifecycle launches.
• Experience with AI-enabled or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Own the product backlog; translate business requirements into detailed epics, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on APIs, integrations, data flows, and system scalability.
• Validate concepts and features through user feedback and iterative testing.
• Prioritize features based on client value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and architecture to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans and adoption strategies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions with clarity across levels.
