Job summary

Amazon AWS Connect Decisions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Professional Services to lead the Customer Success team and shape the strategy for demand and supply intelligence solutions.

You will hire and develop a top-tier CS advisory team and establish trusted advisor relationships with customers for their critical workloads involving AI teammate transformation. Qualifications

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader for the Customer Success (CS) team, and a key member of Amazon Connect Decisions leadership team
• Hire, enable, and develop an industry-leading team of CS advisors for Connect Decisions.
• Build deep relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor for their most critical workloads that support their AI teammate transformation.
• Educate customers on the value proposition of Decisions, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the customer’s environment.
• Contribute to AWS internal and customer-facing publications such as white-papers and blogs as a means of scaling your knowledge.
• Act as a liaison between customers, engineering teams, and support to address customer needs.
