- 7+ years technology sales experience or 3+ years in management.
- 10+ years IT/management consulting services or 5+ years senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, or related field required.
- Understanding of compliance and security standards across enterprise IT.
Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Success team as a key member of Connect Decisions leadership.
- Hire and develop an industry-leading CS advisors team for Connect Decisions.
- Build deep customer relationships and become trusted advisor for critical workloads.
- Educate customers on value proposition and participate in deep architectural discussions.
- Contribute to internal and customer-facing publications such as whitepapers and blogs.
- Act as liaison between customers, engineering, and support to address needs.
