Qualifications

• 9+ years in product design within enterprise, platform, or SaaS.
• 1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
• End-to-end product design ownership from discovery to launch.
• Experience building and growing design teams.
• Proficiency in AI-enabled design workflows and prototyping.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, eng, data, success.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling.
• Experience with design systems governance and tokens.

Responsibilities
