Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs across manufacturing strategy, operational excellence, plant performance, digital manufacturing, industrial AI, data platforms, and IT/OT delivery. You will guide clients from problem definition and value-case development through design, implementation, adoption, stabilization, and value realization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, business, or related field; master’s preferred.
8–10 years of experience spanning manufacturing, supply chain, operational excellence, digital manufacturing, or AI.
Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation programs and technology-enabled improvements.
Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams across business, functional, data, and technology workstreams.
Practical knowledge of operating models (IWS) and manufacturing technology landscapes.
Ability to travel as needed; travel can range from 80-100%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex manufacturing transformation programs from mobilization through value realization.
Own senior client relationships, governance, and communication of status, risks, and outcomes.
Translate priorities into executable workplans, designs, AI use cases, and data/technology requirements.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, data, AI, IT/OT integration, and deployment.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and contractual commitments.
Lead manufacturing process and solution design across production performance, maintenance, and planning.
Shape scalable industrial data foundations including cloud/edge data platforms and governance.
Advance AI solutions with governance, monitoring, and responsible AI controls.
Ensure business readiness with solution configuration, testing, and adoption plans.
Identify follow-on opportunities and capture reusable delivery assets.
