Job summary

5C Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Development and Automation to architect and build a scalable automation platform for AI-enabled products. You will lead DevOps and software engineering teams, balance short-term needs with long-term investments, and drive technical governance.

You will translate a multi-year vision into practical steps, establish standards, champion proactive monitoring, and ensure reliable platform foundations across our data center and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading DevOps/infra teams with hands-on depth.
• Ability to define and sell a multi-year technical vision to execs.
• Proven track record turning vision into actionable plans.
• Experience building AI/ML infrastructure and GPU workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps and software engineering teams while contributing technically.
• Translate strategy into practical roadmaps and governance.
• Drive platform automation, reliability, and proactive monitoring.
• Establish scalable platforms for orchestration, GitOps, and DR.
• Support AI/ML workloads and legacy virtualization/cloud infra transitions.
