Job summary

the company Engineering is seeking a Software Engineer Manager to scale our velocity and delivery. You will drive a vision for Continuous Delivery and collaborate with Engineers, Architects, Operations, PM, and Security to execute strategically.

You will recruit, mentor, and lead a globally distributed team while delivering AI/ML-powered tooling for internal developers, building automation, and rolling out phased releases to improve system performance and code quality.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading platform teams (3+ years).
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects with roadmaps.
• Strong facilitation for design, requirements, progress and status sessions.
• Production experience with distributed systems on AWS; GCP a bonus.
• Passion for automation and agile software development.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for AI/ML-powered tooling to boost developer velocity and CI automation.
• Articulate and drive a technical, strategic vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Security, PM, Ops.
• Recruit and mentor a globally distributed, diverse engineering team.
• Build high-quality internal tools to support CD and developer productivity.
• Roll out deliverables phased, collect feedback and adjust.
• Champion engineering and operational excellence with metrics and improvements.
• Foster innovation across the team.
