Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead the design and delivery of agentic commerce transformation for industrial clients. You will guide strategy, digital experiences, and data-driven programs across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.

You will translate vision into actionable roadmaps, manage client relationships, and drive measurable business outcomes in AI-mediated buying journeys.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, commercial strategy, or technology strategy in the Industrials industry.
• Experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, commercial strategy, sales effectiveness, product experience, or platform-related initiatives.
• Understanding of AI-driven customer experiences and emerging digital ecosystem trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior client-facing leader delivering complex agentic commerce and digital ecosystem transformation programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, experience, content, data, and analytics, with accountability for outcomes, quality, and delivery.
• Lead executive workshops, working sessions, and steering updates aligning stakeholders.
• Translate complex concepts into clear recommendations for senior client leaders and build alignment around priorities and execution plans.
• Coach Managers, Consultants, and Analysts to foster a high-performing, inclusive team environment.
