Qualifications

• 7+ years of delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms.
• Hands-on with enterprise commerce platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, or MACH).
• Experience building agentic AI in production systems.
• Strong API-led, microservices architectures.
• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG, vector stores, and contextual memory.
• Industry expertise in CMT industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams.
• Apply enterprise architecture patterns across composable platforms.
• Translate AI-driven designs into build plans for major platforms.
• Drive prototype‑to‑production efforts and CI/CD implementations.
• Manage engineering pods across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps.
• Deliver integrations with CRM, CDP, payments, and order systems.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders.
