Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Manager to lead the design, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams. You will ensure AI-powered capabilities are production-ready and integrated with enterprise commerce ecosystems, including CRM, CDP, payments, and order management.

You will drive architecture patterns, translate designs into build plans for Salesforce/Adobe/SAP/MACH, and manage pods across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and scaling of Agentic Commerce workstreams.
• Ensure AI-driven capabilities are production-ready and integrated with enterprise ecosystems.
• Apply and extend Agentic Commerce architecture patterns.
• Translate AI-driven designs into executable build plans for Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, MACH stacks.
• Drive prototype-to-production efforts with CI/CD and cloud deployment.
