Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead the delivery of agentic commerce and digital ecosystem transformation programs for Life Sciences clients. You will translate strategic vision into actionable programs to modernize how products are distributed across digital platforms and partner ecosystems.

Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and experience to deliver scalable solutions that surface products across digital channels and intelligent agent environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, or technology strategy within Life Sciences
• Experience with digital transformation, customer experience, or platform-related initiatives
• Understanding of digital platforms, partner ecosystems, and API-based integrations
• Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, or emerging digital ecosystem trends
• Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, or product experience optimization
• Experience collaborating with engineering leadership to prioritize AI-readiness initiatives on technical roadmaps
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and manage cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead major workstreams modernizing how products and services are distributed across digital platforms.
• Design and implement strategies connecting customer platforms with partners and ecosystems.
• Define integration approaches using APIs, service layers, and data feeds for scalable distribution.
• Lead solution development for platform modernization and future digital experiences.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable architectures, delivery plans and roadmaps.
