Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Media (SEO, AEO, and Affiliates) to own the strategy and execution across traditional search, AI-powered discovery, and affiliate marketing.

You will lead technical SEO roadmaps, experiments, and partner management across Walmart Business Growth Marketing, translating insights into actionable requirements and driving scalable optimization within a complex ecommerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
• At least 3 years' experience in marketing, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead AEO and technical SEO strategy for Walmart Business.
• Run experiments to improve discoverability and qualified traffic.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Merchandising to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define business requirements and guide implementation of SEO initiatives.
• Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and executive reporting.
