Amazon.com Services LLC's US Prime & Marketing Technology team seeks a Sr. Manager to build and scale a North American Stores Customer Insights function, delivering AI-accelerated insights to support decision-making across Prime and stores.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of BIEs, BAs, and Data Engineers, establish a new data charter, and architect data infrastructure and AI-enabled analytics to move from routine reporting to strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 11+ years in data analytics/engineering roles.
• 5+ years of leading a BI/analytics team with people development and performance management.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and advanced SQL; experience with data modeling and warehousing.
• Ability to interpret data and translate into business recommendations for senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own data, analytics, insights, and AI-enabled analytics for US Prime & Marketing Technology.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of BIEs, BAs, and Data Engineers, setting standards for AI-assisted tooling.
• Develop, launch, and scale self-service analytics and natural-language data access.
• Design governed data models and semantic layers for AI assistants to use NA Stores and Prime data.
• Deliver insights to shape strategy, moving from routine reporting to deep analysis and recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide data-driven insights for business decisions.
