Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for GenAI & Personalization in North America Stores Marketing.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Creative teams to scale AI-driven merchandising and marketing tools across global locales, onboarding new GenAI capabilities and defining KPI-driven experiments. A day in the life includes coordinating with Tech, Science, and Marketing partners to translate requirements into actionable roadmaps and BRDs, with a focus on customer-first AI

Qualifications

6+ years of professional marketing experience in tech or consumer software.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
Experience leading GTM for software or hardware product launches.
Familiarity with GenAI tools and usage in marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering, Product, and Science to co-develop roadmaps for GenAI tools.
Influence Tech partners to build AI-powered tools with a customer-first focus.
Author Business Requirement Documents translating business needs into technical specs.
Own experimentation roadmap to test AI-powered recommendations.
Run experiments and coordinate with Marketers to conduct tests.
Develop feedback loops sharing Marketer input with Tech and Creative teams.
Translate marketing tasks into tech roadmap guidance and 3YP.
