Job summary
Lincoln Financial is seeking a Director for Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) to define strategy, architecture, and governance for Microsoft 365 collaboration, voice, and AI-enabled productivity across the enterprise. You will lead teams responsible for Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and related platforms to deliver secure, scalable, and measurable business value.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- 5+ years leading enterprise collaboration, communications, workplace productivity, or digital workplace platforms.
- Experience managing large-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for communications, collaboration, and AI-enabled user experiences.
- Establish standards, governance, and operating processes for enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Partner with executives to align collaboration capabilities with business objectives.
- Oversee platform ownership for Teams, Exchange Online, and related services.
- Lead architecture standards and technical roadmaps for modernization initiatives.
