Responsibilities include building analytics pipelines, creating dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business intelligence, reporting or analytics.
• 3+ years leading analytics/BI teams.
• Expert Power BI proficiency.
• Strong Python, SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with data visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a BI and analytics team to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop enterprise dashboards and semantic models.
• Automate reporting using Python, SQL, and Power Platform.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders on data governance.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform planning and strategy.
