Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, CS, or Economics.
• 10–13 years building sophisticated models using ML, segmentation, time series and advanced analytics.
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science team on goals, mentor staff, and recruit top talent.
• Lead data science product discipline: ideation, roadmap, discovery, and delivery.
• Ensure compliance, security, and governance of AI solutions.
• Engage with internal partners and executives to translate insights into actions.
