Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager Architect to lead the design and implementation of high-autonomy Agentic AI systems across EY businesses and client engagements. You will balance hands-on delivery with cross-functional coordination to drive knowledge-based AI adoption with robust governance, monitoring, and integration practices.

You will mentor a team and contribute to enterprise-wide AI strategy, architecture council initiatives, and the timely adoption of emerging AI technologies in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise AI and knowledge systems.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models.
• Integrate external tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives across business lines.
• Serve as player-coach in technical delivery while guiding firmwide AI adoption.
• Lead knowledge AI initiatives for customer opportunities and platform development.
• Maintain current knowledge of AI trends and model architectures.
