Job summary

OutSystems in the United States seeks a Senior Solution Delivery Manager to drive professional services engagements, partnering with Sales and our partner ecosystem to design, scope, and deliver AI-enabled applications on the OutSystems platform.

You will own the adoption journey from pre-sales to go-live, forecast services bookings, manage a diverse portfolio, and help grow the services backlog while ensuring high-value client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role related to software implementations
• AI knowledge and application experience
• 3+ years in understanding and communicating complex business and technical subjects to management and technical audiences
• 3+ years in a Professional Services role with a strong track record of delivering projects
• 2+ years of experience growing service bookings and forecasting services revenue
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Team and partner ecosystems to understand the customer's goals, challenges, and requirements
• Lead scoping, sizing, estimating, and proposing for OutSystems professional services engagements using AI
• Create Statements of Work for professional service engagements and execute sales order process
• Provide management oversight of professional service engagements you sell
• Own the customer’s adoption journey from pre-sales through Time to First Value and go-live
• Grow the regional services pipeline and drive consumption of the services backlog
• Provide regular forecasts of services bookings and services revenue
• Manage a large portfolio of customers and projects across various use-cases and industries
• Identify and develop delivery partners and create joint value proposals for customers
• Lead business and technical discovery sessions and provide accurate delivery cost estimates
• Exceed Services Sales quotas
